The old saying goes, you never truly know what something is like until you have walked in that person’s shoes. Well, the shoes my Beautiful Bride, Nancy, who is in the middle of battling cancer, and the rest of our family have walked in are nothing I would want anyone to experience. This effort was established in honor of Nancy as well as the beauty and strength of the family. For this reason we are calling this ABeautifulCause.
The Norris Cotton Cancer Center has brought to my family a group of incredible individuals, talented, and caring, to make a horrible journey, a little more bearable. Nancy is doing great, thanks to her strong soul, the amazing support she’s received from friends and family, and to the people and the mission of the Norris Cotton Cancer Center.
For this reason, my son Gil, my daughter Caitlyn, and I have decided to actively support the Norris Cotton Cancer Center and all they do for the people in this community. We all have to fight cancer together.
Emotions run high, emotions run low. Outside of our faith, and family and friend support, the one constant is that when we go to the offices supported by the Center, the people who work there are very supportive. We feel safe there.
As this happens to other people, we know the research, the care, and the incredible support from them will be with you as well.
A big thank you to all the people at the Norris Cotton Cancer Center. Continue on your quest to do amazing things for the families affected by this devastating disease.
All money raised helps to support cancer research and patient services at Norris Cotton Cancer Center, one of only 47 comprehensive cancer centers designated by the National Cancer Institute for excellence in cancer research, care and community outreach. Research conducted there informs patient treatment around the world.
Thank you for your support!
